| Client/Group progress summary | Client continues to deepen her practice. She's enjoying Kirtan Kriya - even shared with her husband. We discussed focusing more on her core, including Chakras, etc. She mentioned that she always ignored that area because she had a C-section 27 years ago!! Good intel! Will shift our focus to include the Core and 2nd & 3rd Chakras. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | I'm amazed at how aspects of client's experience and story unfold over time. While I knew that I wanted to start focusing on the core - had held back because she was benefiting so much from upper body work and her results there. I included core cues during Asana prompts yet ... Interesting how "engage your core and lift the sternum" can become rote. Good feedback for me - being more mindful and present with these cues even though they are fundamental and obvious. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
| Plan for next session | We'll focus on the core - the epicenter of movement and being. Anatomy and Physiology - function with grounding from the waist down and lengthening from the waist up! Will also review Tadasana to provide client with a foot to crown understanding of the body's kinetic chain. |
| Report briefly on each Kosha below | Progress toward wellness or worsening reported by the client/group or that you observed in the following areas |
| Additional Information | |
| Personal reflection from doing client/group. | |
