Client/Group progress summary

Client appreciates focus on Core. We both laughed at how obvious it was to do so. Client said she can't believe she was so dismissive of her belly area. Loved the Chakra aspects of both Manipura and Svadistana. We'll continue with this focus and go deeper into each Chakra over next two sessions.

Reflection and self-evaluation

At times I get a little concerned, "OMG! running out of content or ideas!" Amazing how I forget there's an abundance of wisdom and teachings for everyone. A lifelong practice! Good to meet client where she's at as we uncover insights and more together. Trusting this process and good to be sharing about the Core and 2nd and 3rd Chakras - I'm benefiting from our work as well.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Continue with Asanas - building kinetic chain with core and upper body postures. Guided meditation on the Svadistana Chakra.
