ASANAS – CORE – Manipura
Warm-ups/Abs – CC | Thread the Needle | Bird Dog - dynamic | Flow Sequence | Tadasana | Shoulder Rolls | Snow Angels | Hip Circles | Arm Crunches – activating power – moving energy from heart / solar plexus outward / lymph flow | Tree | Supine - alternating leg lifts / Happy Baby / Twists
PRANAYAMA – Nadi Suddhana** - balances the autonomic NS
RESTORATIVE – Final Relaxation

Client/Group progress summary

Good work. Client is loving the Core work. Lots of insights for her. She's getting so much more from the Shoulder Work now that we're incorporating the core. She really liked the Arm Crunches - found it to be energizing and empowering. She'll add that as an option to her Daily Pauses. So cool to see how she's deepening into her awareness of the Koshas and Chakras.

Reflection and self-evaluation

Curious how I'm learning so much about myself and my own practice as I work with client. I'm so glad that she's appreciating the power of the Chakras - easy to see it's making a difference for her. Gratifying to see how her face brightens throughout our sessions. Makes our parting at the end of each session really wonderful.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

I'm going to do a guided meditation on the 2nd and 3rd Chakras. Will continue with these Asanas and talk about the Core and Balancing - both literally and figuratively.
