Client/Group progress summary

Wow! Cool session. Started with a guided meditation on the Core - Annamaya Kosha, which then deepened into the Pranamaya Kosha, Manomaya Kosha and the Vijnanamaya Kosha. Grateful to be in the flow as I guided client to connect with each Kosha on a literal and figurative level.
Client appreciated meditation and was moved by some personal insights she had.
We then slowed things down for additional introspection with Nadi Suddhi and Restorative postures.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I was amazed and moved by this session. Grateful I could trust myself during the guided meditation and go with each insight / phrase as it showed up. Really touching to feel as though I was genuinely being of service in the present moment w/o having to prove myself or impress the client.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Continue with upper body and core work. Spend some extra time on Balancing. Continue with energy management and Pranayama.
