Client/Group progress summary

Maria C. had a hip surgery earlier this year. It had to do with adding some kind of artificial cartilage to her hip. She was able to do all of the Joint Freeing movement of the hip. She also has arthritis in the hands.

Fatima has hurt her right shoulder recently while cleaning. She was guided and reminded to be careful throughout the class. She was careful with all movements while in class.

Gaby was so pleased with the deep relaxation and meditation. She expressed that it was “so peaceful”. Several other members agreed.

Lots of camaraderie amongst these seniors. I observed that all of the seniors seemed to care for each other. They advised each other, smiled and helped each other.

Reflection and self-evaluation

It was very good. Sometimes
I had a little trouble with translating a word to Spanish.
I forgot to ask for feedback.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
