Client/Group progress summary

This client had much stability in her practice due to her planter in her foot, she is very careful to the point where she isn't making a ton of progress physically.

Reflection and self-evaluation

This client being a spiritual person and holistic healer can to me for the main goal of connecting to her physical body introducing yoga back into her life and how she has changed with regard to weight gain and changes with her balance.
During our time we focus on our discussion and breath, yoga nidra and while we are moving in our chair and mat asanas it seems like the mind and body connection is the true focus.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Strengthen her asana practice so she may begin to achieve her goals of a daily yoga practice.
