| Activities | Centering with body scan and Cleansing breaths out the mouth, visualizing getting rid of what isn't serving us. Asanas- gentle warming neck shoulders and seated cat cow, legs long knees, ankles Pranayama- Extended exhalation during class, Then Square breath even 4 parts in and out the nose. Meditation- Being in this present moment, not where we were or need to be, how this presence allows to to understand what is important and what we need to detach from Philosophy is Aparigraha, non attachment, Reframed from last week is the aspect of holding on to situations and relationships that aren't serving us in healthy ways and creating stress within our lives. |
