| Activities | Centering with connection of breath, mind, body, the energy of each other and of the space we are in. Asanas- gentle warming neck shoulders and seated cat cow, legs long knees, ankles Pranayama- Extended exhalation during class, Then Square breath even 4 parts in and out the nose. Meditation- We are in a shared energy source wherever we are, and having awakens to the positive energy we can bring within and attach a sensation and color to this peaceful energy. Philosophy- Pranayama, using the energy of the flow of breath as a tool for stress/anxiety within our daily lives. |
