All the participants enjoyed the joint freeing movements and the Yoga Nidra. Olga asked if it is okay not to do the practice in the order that we are being showed if they do not remember everything. Fatima felt better from her shoulder since the first session and she said she believes that after this session the pain will be gone. Maria C. (Teresa) said that the deep relaxation and meditation was good us. |
