Client/Group progress summary

Client's progress is steady and consistent. She continues to integrate the asanas, and Energy Management principles into her daily life. Loves the breathing practices too. She relies upon them when she feels triggered or off during her day.

Reflection and self-evaluation

Glad to see client deepening these various tools and practices into her daily life. I'm excited to be serving as an ally and facilitator on her journey especially as she's facing a lot right now with her husband's health and other family challenges. Client knows what to do and is doing it!

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Deepening into the core and connecting w/ 2nd & 3rd Chakras w/ select asanas and guided meditation.
