| Client/Group progress summary | Sent link to the client in advance so she could practice before we practiced together. She did a few times, she said. We took it more slowly. Checked in regarding pain level. Hips are still bothering her and she's not walking well. She and I had talked about the Ashram and Swami Satchidananda so introducing the Integral Yoga Guided Relaxation seemed to be well-received. She said she almost feel asleep, she was so relaxed. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | I planned in advance and set up 20 minutes before our session giving me time to set up the Zoom link and then center for 15 minutes. This was a good choice. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
| Plan for next session | Introduce restorative poses and their benefits. Sutra 1.12. |
