Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.

Adjustments and adaptations you made to your care plan,

I had to adapt the asanas for some clients (B and JD).
In general, I used PowerPoint at the beginning of the session, but in the session about joint integrity, I showed the pictures (PowerPoint) and performed the asanas as we spoke about that specific joint to let them feel in their bodies what we are working with and what we should avoid. They loved this format of session. I also enjoyed it.

Anna is so respectful and sensitive to all our needs, always suggesting ways to adapt. She's amazing!
Anna went beyond expectations on the items above and the results of these sessions are long lasting. Moved and touched by her sensitivity. The effortless ease she displayed with the explanations was outstanding. I highly recommend her. The self-improvement is superb. I'm filled with gratitude. Anna is an inspiration!
I plan to take additional classes from Anna. She is an inspiring teacher.

Sample of homework given between sessions (after initial homework)

Practice the 2nd sequence of Dr Loren Fishman - second half.
Practice witness awareness. Stop for a minute during the day and observe your breath and your thoughts. Write your perceptions in your journal.
Practice SA TA NA MA before sleeping or when it’s convenient.

Personal reflection from doing client/group.
Rough estimate of time spent in preparation and follow up documentation per session5
What you would change with benefit of hindsight

Sometimes I used two cameras so they could see me well when I was near the wall. A better option would be in person, but maybe some of them could not have come.

Questions, problems, areas in which you’d like more support

More support in informed trauma material.
Online limitations to observe the clients, although there’s the advantage of presenting PowerPoint.

Did you enjoy your service?
