Client/Group progress summary

This client is progressing! This feels like a win after the long pain with her foot, but she is moving stronger and can handle more poses and is eager to add more as she is connected to her body and practice.
She is getting on and off the floor a bit easier, she laughs at herself but in a positive way.

Reflection and self-evaluation

When she was checking in we realized that she has been getting weekly massages for years and hasn't in a month because of her therapist being away. She uses massage as part of her wellness and it works wonders for her. She shared that she is feeling just as good because of the yoga and moving and breathing.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
