Activities

Discussion- This client has been doing her practice daily and is targeting her goals except she is extremelty sore and is building up lactic acid and we are worried she will get in injured.
We are building an addition practice from scratch, that will just stretch dn elongate her muscles and not overwork them.
Now this includes doing each pose and checking if it works for her.

centering sitting 3 part breath

asana - sufi grind, cyan mudra, palms up moving through seated cat cow, long legs fold, half butterfly, butterfly, Cobra, Dog,side bends standing, Reverse triangle, Childs, pigeon constructive rest

philosophy - our yoga journey is a practice and the importance of our presence so we may gather the information we need to stay peaceful but also safe

Client/Group progress summary

She needs to go the practice a few time to really understand it in her body.

Reflection and self-evaluation

She really wanted a practice that worked with her strength, and she got it but now understands that too much of something isn't safe for her.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

We were ending our capstone time, but will continue to work with this client.
