| Activities | Centering and discussion - checking in, asking if there is anything they want to share Asanas- gentle warming neck shoulders and seated cat cow, legs long knees, ankles Pranayama- Extended exhalation during class, Ujjayi. sighing exhalation Meditation- On a day we could dress up and be anything what would we be, would we choose to keep the mask off and reveal our truest self. understanding the mask is a layer of protection and to know the true you (self) we have to peal away the layers to get closer to our own truest self. Philosophy- Satya- truthfulness of true nature, being honest with yourself and others. |
