| Client/Group progress summary | Feels he's "handling being a single dad more capable and easeful." Recently learned his real estate business continues to grow and hit a new record, but feels like it is easier. Client completed reading of Know Thy Teachings, discussed some reflections. Client only had 1 tough day with reduction of nicotine (12 units to 6 units) vaping, and quickly pointed out the rest were great days. He is truly enjoying the transformation he sees in himself. Continues the Hello Fresh meal plan. Some limited financial support to ex-girlfriend (to cover insurance and some medical copays), but has set a very clear boundary and will not cross that. Had a very meaningful conversation with dad on childhood trauma (apologized), even though he has beginning stages of Alzheimer's and beginning to have confusing and confrontational conversations at times. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | Session went very well and very engaging and interactive with client. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
