| Homework assignment to client/group | The client was really interested in learning about the path of raja yoga, she wanted to continue reading the book about the Yamas and Niyamas by Deborah Adele, she was especially interested in learning about Tapas, so we agree she would read this chapter and we would discuss this in our next session. |
| Activities | She states that she is doing well overall, no new physical complaints. Her anxiety decreased a little, she still has not watched any news. She voted early. We started with centering and mountain pose. 3 arm raises with inhalation and exhalation in prayer position. |
| Client/Group progress summary | She is really happy about going deeper into yoga philosophy .She noticed a slight decrease in her anxiety and she continues to work on developing a daily routine for herself. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | I am exited to teach the client more about the path of raja yoga, I am letting her take the lead so we are not discussion the Yamas and Niyamas in order, but we rather go at her pace and her interest .. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
| Plan for next session | I will continue the practice as described above |
| Report briefly on each Kosha below | Progress toward wellness or worsening reported by the client/group or that you observed in the following areas |
