| Activities | Centering and discussion - checking in, asking if there is anything they want to share Asanas- gentle warming neck shoulders and seated cat cow, legs long knees, ankles Pranayama- Extended exhalation during class, Ha breath, and left nostril breathing Meditation- Tuning out outside noise to tune in to your truest self, it is here where our most peaceful place lives. Philosophy- Control of thoughts, and awareness of our conscious, that this practice isn't just physical that it involves self-awareness to gain the ability to see and experience the world. |
