Please include at least one suggestion from Karma, Bhakti, Raja, or Jnana Yoga tailored for this client/group.
Over time, we want to see something from each branch, selected, adapted and re-framed appropriately. Tools from each module should be used (not on each client/group – but overall)
The outline should show the sequence of practices as you plan to offer them. Your care plan proposal should be approved by the mentor before session 2 if possible, or 3 if approval is delayed by mentor.

Questions?
He read the papers on the Koshas and really related to the concepts.
Told me about his ego getting in the way in his relations with these 2 women in his life0one the mother oof his son back east and they are trying to agree on land settlement that will benefit son-he was unwilling to put his son on title or papers because he would inherit and then he realized that he would so why not help her comfort and just comply.
Smoking? Has days with less self control (will bring into Tapas practice perhaps)
HW follow up
Breath he is doing better work on his ratio breathing . I brought into his practice psychic NS.
Legs been doing his legs daily, seems to have been doing more with his legs -since he can. He is uplifted.
Journal? Writing not daily but trying to take notes (more direction needed for journaling)
Movement exercises working daily
Practice
Connect to breath, deepen and lengthen inhale and exhale -pause between. We revisited the slow, deep calm breath. He has not been really paying attention to mechanics.
Exhale om (to help feel and hear the breath) Listen to the om and feel the vibration
Pause on spaces between IN retention and EX suspension Added the psychic NS. I brought it in as a tool for dharana.
Joint movement
Continue to use his Om with movement. Alt sides exercise now he is partially lifting legs while moving opp arm. Left arm still requires a lot of rehab. PT working on it
Legs butterfly and Bridge
Client/Group progress summary
By reading the paper on Kleshas he has made some big connections in his relations and to himself. He explained a story re his ex and the role his ego was playing hindering advancement of a plan. He is talking more about day to day self control wiith his cannabis use.
His breathing is making improvement-he seems to be settling in to getting better.
Reflection and self-evaluation
As he seems to gain some movement and strength he is working harder on all fronts to gain ground in his health. There was a lull early summer where he slowed down and became sad and was less inclined towards making changes. That seems to be gone as he is improving on all fronts.
Final Client/Group Report
After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session
Role of Ingnorance in Kleshas and continue to find areas to improve his practice like breath and attention to self, feeling internal emotions as well as movements and sensations.
