| Client/Group progress summary | Group is doing great overall. Bette had her sleep Dr. follow-up and said he told her the numbers look good so her choices are use it or die. 🙁 She expressed reassurance that he felt everything looked good, but frustrated with the response. The group was very empathetic and supportive. Carolyn expressed an ache deep in her L glutes, possibly a re-flare of sciatica she had years ago (resolved through PT). We focused some additional gentle movements and stretches to the musculoskeletal components in the area with hip openers and stretches. She said they all felt great and no pain during class. She planned to do them again later in the day. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | Session went well. Due to the additional issues coming up I postponed the elastic band exercises until next session. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
