Client/Group progress summary

Client's progress is notable and gratifying. She's much more at ease with herself and thriving with her practices. We discussed the Basecamp concept - for her a Sanctuary. Client marveled at the awareness that her 'Sanctuary' has always been there for her - she merely needed to 'step into it'. Make time for it.
Client is more relaxed and confident in her body. She clearly trusts herself more given all of her conscientious and intentional work in cultivating her personalized set of tools and practices to support her no matter what she's facing.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I'm delighted to see the client's progress through these past seven months. I also marvel at how she trusts me, my input and insight into her experience with everything that I've presented to her. It's been satisfying to increasingly trust myself and have confidence in my abilities, intuition and skills as an emerging yoga therapist.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Our next session will be our final for this phase of our work together. After a general review for wrap-up, I'll guide client through an Asana, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra sequence highlighting her favorite practices to ensure she has a clear take-away for all she can do on her own at home.
