| Activities | She showed up 30 min late for our meeting and apologized. She stated that she came from a meeting with her psychologist, she has worked with this psychologist for years and she knows her and her situation really well. Client states that she enjoyed the our first session and my approach. She states that she is stressed our by her son who does not know what he wants to do this coming year, he wants to take some time out. She also states that while her husband is supportive she does not feel supported by him in the right way. She has weekend plans with her husband and friends but she does not feel that she wants to go on the weekend trip because she is afraid that her pain will get worse and she is in a different environment. After talking about it and giving herself permission to cancel the trip she felt better. |
