She will continue to work on the Yamas and Niyamas the next chapter she wants to read is on Ishwara Pranidhara, surrender , she feels that this will be important to her given the current political climate.
She will continue to do cat cows , child and puppy pose as well as
breath work for her anxiety, mainly deep breathing and alternate nostril breathing

Activities

the client states that she enjoys walking so much so she would like to do our check in again while we are walking, so we started out with a walk. She states that she is sleeping well, she does not have any pain. Her mood is good she is looking forward to finishing her death doula training this month, she still is not sure if she will make a career out of it but she is glad she took it.Her anxiety low but she still does not want to see the news because she knows that would be upsetting for her.Her energy and concentration is good.
We then went inside to the mat and started with centering, deep breathing,
Followed by neck rolls ,arm circles, and chest openers.
When then pressing the hands together in prayer position she did not feel any pain, which is a great improvement to before when she had pain just pushing her hands together lightly, now she is able to hold it longer

child pose
puppy pose, she enjoys the stretch in her arms
thread the needle
chest to knee on the mat

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

I will continue with the same asanas
I will give her the GAD 7 to score her anxiety and we will measure upper body strength as this next session will be our last one for the capstone project and she is planning a trip to Egypt .
