Client/Group progress summary

The client is making progress with the strength which is wonderful.
The work on self awareness , self reflection continues to be slow , I feel is she really feel that talk therapy is not for her the approach of yoga therapy with the help of asanas might be more promising.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I am happy about my clients progress with mobility, this is major for her and is going her a lot of motivation to continue practicing.i am also happy that she is getting out more to see friends this will improve her mood since connection with friends is important to her.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

I will continue with the same plan, I will explore further is she is open for a meditation practice.
