| Activities | Check in: she's doing well. She is still using box breathing daily and continues her 20 min/day for YT. Client states her energy is medium, stress 5 from work. We checked in with the kosha's Philosophy: 4 locks and keys. We discussed her experience with the 4 Locks and Keys, and she shared that she has been incorporating some of them into her daily life. Activities: Warm up: moving the spine in all directions. Table top, cat cow, Childs pose, down dog. Mountain pose- isometric held the muscles 30+ sec 3x 1/2 sun A - mountain, forward fold, flat back - held flat back 30 sec. 3x Continued from last week: Back: bridge pose, figure 4 (supine pigeon) with 1 leg straight and rolling the ankles, point flex foot etc., happy baby tense and release, relaxation, yoga nidra |
