Client/Group progress summary

I observed that the client was able to bear weight on her wrists. I encouraged her to seek a professional opinion, but she mentioned that she only sees a doctor when she feels absolutely necessary. I encouraged her to practice non-harm (ahimsa) by resting and not overdoing it, allowing her body the time it needs to heal.

Reflection and self-evaluation

Throughout our session, I observed her ability to bear weight on her wrists despite previous discomfort. While I encouraged her to seek professional medical advice, I also acknowledged that it is ultimately her decision. Instead, I focused on guiding her toward practicing ahimsa (non-harm), encouraging rest when necessary, and listening to her body’s signals. Moving forward, I will continue to monitor her in weight-bearing poses and provide modifications as needed.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Continue with building muscle, flexibility, so we can maintain her bone density
