| Homework assignment to client/group | Home practice: Notice posture, natural curvatures of the spine and notice posture of the pelvis. Practice cat/cow and notice the movements of the pelvis and the muscles. 10 minutes/day |
| Activities | Check in: everyone said their energy level was medium and feeling good. Checked in via koshas. Noticed everyone was able to move with ease and getting up and down from the mat with no issues. Everyone was able to practice 10min/day at home in addition to studio yoga classes. MR-3 classes, AM-2, JG-2, ER-1 Philosophy: Yoga sutra 1.14 We continued with 1.14 to ensure that practice if firmly grounded, without break, in all earnestness. |
| Client/Group progress summary | Clients are beginning to develop a greater awareness of their pelvic floor and overall movement. Through focused breath work and targeted exercises, they are learning to engage and release the pelvic floor with greater control, improving both strength and flexibility. They all were focused, conscience and curios during the session. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | It's so rewarding to see the moment when clients truly connect with their pelvic floor, realizing how to engage and release those muscles with awareness. Watching their faces light up as they feel the activation for the first time is a powerful reminder of how deepening body awareness can lead to a greater understanding of their own bodies. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
