Homework assignment to client/group

She did 3 part breathing daily, and yoga asanas 3 times a week, she went with her bike to work once.
She did not have time to do the dosha assessment. When she does it next week, I think she will turn out vata.
Talked about daily mindfulness practices , for example when she is eating by herself she likes to read.Talked about just being mindful about eating and then reading for a little bit afterwards.
Talked about diffrent meditation practices.

Activities

Met with my client today she stated that she did not get to do the dosha quiz as planned she will do it before the next session. She states that she had a lot of stress with her first week being back at work. She mainly struggles with time management .Her sleep was interrupted, her mood and energy was good.No panic attacks while driving. She has a headache today.
Centering with deep breathing , body scan.Goddess pose with slow movement bringing the energy downward to help with grounding.Mountain pose , hip circles, arm raises with breathing and arm raises with twist.I decided against a forward bend while standing due to her headache. We did neck rolls , shoulder rolls and stretching of the trapezius muscle instead.Chest openers with focus on breathing.

table top
sun bird and cat cow

puppy pose
child pose
forward bend on the floor
Laying twist

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
