Client/Group progress summary

Client has come a long way since our last session. there is a new light in him that I hope brings about more help and moving forward for him. His Left arm and shoulder is beginning to make regular improvements. His Left leg is gaining strength on the bike. He is motivated by the ability to get on the bike.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I worked with this client for many months and am seeing him really hit a new place of inner strength and excitement. Making gains really has fueled his joy and his moving forward. I hope of course that in the next 6 months he does gain that independence. His cardiologist is impressed and has him on minimal medication and he needs only annual follow-ups.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
