Client/Group progress summary

Client was upset because he was not able to make his goal of walking before his one-year of injury date. He looked calm but was clearly upset. He expressed that this past week was very difficult for him to process things as his injury date was approaching which is on April 16.

I encouraged him to use his Yogic tool box to cope with his stress and shared some practical ways which we practiced during the session. I will know more about how he coped in our next session.

Reflection and self-evaluation

Client shared about his stressful experience he was going through the past week as his one-year of injury date is approaching the next day. I was not able to say anything at the moment. But I am sure the hatha practices helped him to relieve some stress. I felt grateful and had a nice feeling of serving.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
