| Homework assignment to client/group | Client felt good after alternate nostril breathing and described that she can feel her lungs filling up. So she picked that for her home practice for this session along with the on going home practices. I shared some of the apps that she can use for guided meditations. |

| Client/Group progress summary | Client felt good after the class. She described feeling calmer after the practice session. We tried doing Kirtan kriya during our session and it was not her cup of tea as she likes the guided meditation practices. I may introduce some guided meditation Apps to her. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | It is not easy for me to teach the practices that are not practiced by me. I felt like I am going around the same pattern like the Integral Yoga Basic Class and alternating the poses, breathing practices, and the meditation practices which I practiced. Am I in a good track by following this procedure? It feels like the conditions (dis-eases) may be different and the asana practice is the same. Is it a good approach? |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
