Client/Group progress summary

Jasiri's stress level since our last session ranged from an 8 to a 4 due to having a guest for 10 days. She admitted to not doing much homework. She feels she is getting stronger and her balance is improving. She feels the strengthening poses are helping with her balance.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I caught myself rushing at the beginning because Jasiri was 12 minutes late so I spoke slower and that allowed me to slow down. I did not have time to do the inversion nor yoga nidra but felt it was ok because I incorporated a deep relaxation during centering knowing that she had been so stressed during the last two weeks. I felt more at ease and asked more questions which lead to better planning for next session. It was a good and fun session.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
