Presenting ProblemStress
Physical

Healthy, runs daily, training for a marathon. No pain nor injuries.
Not very flexible and would like to balance better.

Client/Group goalsManage stress, emotional intelligence, time management, flexibility and balance
Energetic

Energy level high throughout the day. Adrenaline kicks in during the work day.
No fatigue.
Experience with Bikram breathing technique (long breathing through the nose) - uses this technique for running.

Emotional

Does not have the best relationship with peers and can keep him up at night.
Under stress - anxiety, little patience, anger, fear, screams, guilt, loses control a little bit. Does not handle himself well. Feels he should be able to have self control.
Sleep - some days are not so good. When he gets up to go to the bathroom his brain gets activated and cannot go to sleep - mantra repetition works sometimes. Work keeps him up at night.

Spiritual orientation and needs

"Mildly" Jewish, grew up in Soviet Union and it was kept from him. He believes there is something greater than us but has a hard time believing that religion is it.
He feels deeply spiritual.
Family is important, he has a second son on the way. Wants to grow good human beings.
Nature is a big deal, loves being out in nature - at least once a month
Has a difficult time being by himself - feels disconnected. Needed to have a family to feel secure.
Feels a sense of purpose, passing the baton to his children - has not rationalized it yet. To be a good citizen to this planet.

Intellectual / Sense of self

Job and reading are intellectual stimulation.
Talking to wife but that has changed to casual talk.
Dissapointed that he does not have the bandwidth now to learn. He's embarrased that he has not learned Italian and feels shamed. He needs to learn a technical upgrade and feels he is being left behind.
Teaching his son and his coworkers.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Report briefly on each Kosha belowProgress toward wellness or worsening reported by the client/group or that you observed in the following areas
