Please include at least one suggestion from Karma, Bhakti, Raja, or Jnana Yoga tailored for this client/group.

The outline should show the sequence of practices as you plan to offer them. Your care plan proposal should be approved by the mentor before session 2 if possible, or 3 if approval is delayed by mentor.

2. Dirgha Svasam (Three-Part Breathing) - To begin the practice, exhale fully through the nose. Then, to inhale, expand the abdomen first, then feel the rib cage lift and expand, and finally feel the collar bones rise.
Exhale from the upper chest, feeling the collarbones lower, then relax the lower ribs and gently pull in the abdomen to empty the lungs as fully as possible.
3. Finger compressions:
• Rub the palms together to warm them and bring up prana
• Wrap the fingers of one hand around the index finger of the other. Deep breath in, slow exhale
• Continue with each finger and then the thumb

Wisdom Teaching - 1:14 - daily practice - to create a path to peace we must walk this new path daily. Old path being the default of when we are not in control, new path is the controlled path. This controlled path trains us to respond with a clear mind and not react in the moment to a situation.
Client/Group progress summary
Stress Scale past week - wkend 2-3, workwk 4-8, Monday 9-10
Awareness Practice daily except for Monday - "the day I needed it the most." Self awareness.
The source of high stress is work, the source of high stress on Monday were his superior and peers.
He did not realize we were going to do asana, but he ended up enjoying it. I explained how important asana is for stress reduction due to its ability for physical release of tension within the body, leading to a calmer state of mind.
He mentions being impatient at work - it may be a sign to slow down and be present in the moment. A good opportunity to practice the tools he is learning.
Reflection and self-evaluation
I was a bit nervous about our session but once we began the practice I relaxed. I was prepared and had switched up some poses. Grateful for your suggestions, will definate incorporate them all in future sessions.
I realized how useful the block is for grounding in tadasana.
I asked Eugene for feedback about our session regarding speed and everything we covered - he said he felt it was all useful and good speed. He felt really relaxed at the end.
Final Client/Group Report
After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session
Add Mantra - So/Hum
Add Nadi Suddhi
Quick Stretch Stress Buster - Stand up and stretch arms high above head. Lean gently from side to side to relieve muscle tension.
