| Client/Group progress summary | Joe is going through a difficult time but has found the affirmations useful and is really trying to incorporate them into his daily life. He is aware of his breathing and with going to yoga classes twice a week he confirmed he is not reverse breathing. He will look for his mala beads but has not used them in years. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | I'm not sure how this session went for Joe, at the end of the session he was very thoughtful. I had a dental emergency and had to cancel our Thursday but was able to reschedule on Friday. I feel Joe would benefit from two sessions a week. I think Joe would make a very good capstone. I've been working on creating a three session, themed, stress management course and using new tool box/home practice form to share with the client after our session. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
