Your care plan should be approved by your mentor, with any amendments they suggested, prior to your remaining Yoga Therapy sessions.

  • balanced pranayama considering contraindications, meditation/centering.

  • Over time, we want to see something from each branch, selected, adapted and re-framed appropriately. Tools from each module should be used (not on each client/group – but overall)
The outline should show the sequence of practices as you plan to offer them.

Such as “door”, “flowers”, “my shoes”, “ceiling” etc.
Move 3 body parts and notice your sense of touch
It can be as simple as wiggling your toes to feel the feet on the ground

Or getting your legs by moving your legs by walking
Now simply notice your breath
It has likely become slower and softer
Slowly extend your exhalation and allow inhalation to happen by itself
