Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.

Adjustments and adaptations you made to your care plan,

Most of client's stress were mind related. I incorporated different of centering practices to bring her back to present moment and reconnect with her breath.

Client/Group Goals

Client learnt different ways to cope with her "freeze" response from her childhood trauma of losing her brother. She implemented the practice on her own and asked follow up questions when encountered with any difficulties.

Report briefly on each Kosha belowProgress toward wellness or worsening reported by the client/group or that you observed in the following areas
Physical level

Client felt more relaxed and tried lots of new poses.

Energetic level

Client had trouble to regulate her energy levels as she was awake for a long time at night watching YouTube videos and waking up late. We discussed about managing energy level and why sleeping early is important and how it affects her ability to think clearly.

Emotional

Client came into good terms with her brother's loss and she was able to mourn freely for his loss with being told to what to do. She started accepting the reality now and added her brother's childhood picture to her altar and decorated it with some flowers.

Intellectual / Sense of self

The client's sense of self is improving and she was in the process of finding a permanent job during our last session.

Spiritual orientation and support plan

Client is a member of SRF program and practices the sadhana from SRF regularly. She was open to try any suggestion given by me as well as part of healing journey.

Additional Information
Feedback received from client/group, anecdotal or written

From client's email: "You were wonderful"

Sample of homework given between sessions (after initial homework)

Client agreed to do lying down spinal twist few times and then holding the pose on each side for few seconds. She will do this practice before getting out of bed daily and before going to bed.

Added Home practice from Session3: Bee breathing - Before going to bed.

Personal reflection from doing client/group.
Rough estimate of time spent in preparation and follow up documentation per sessionA lot of time in the beginning.
What you would change with benefit of hindsight

I don't know what I would do differently now.

Questions, problems, areas in which you’d like more support

Wun was one of my very early clients and if I meet anyone with stress response like her, I am able to serve them with more confident now. I wish I had more sessions with this client.

Did you enjoy your service?

Yes, I did very much.
