Client/Group progress summary

Stress level varies from mainly low to quick high and has transferred from work to home stress. His wife changed plans to have the baby at home and hiring a midwife and doula; much accomplished - he has met a work deadline that he was struggling with and finished running the marathon this past weekend allowing him more time to spend with his family.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I almost cancelled this session because I had a very stressful day and a bad headache but as soon as Eugene confirmed our session I shifted my attitude and I'm glad I did not cancel. In the end we both benefited from this session - he felt relaxed and centered and I forgot about my headache.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

We will continue meeting until further notice.
The activities will remain focused on chair yoga and stress busters.
