Client/Group progress summary

Joe had a very stressful day at work and handled it in a positive manner. He feels he is processing his emotions with curiousity instead of anxiety. He reflects on his administrative leave from school with gratitude because he is living and experiencing differently and he will never have another panic attack.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I was prepared and asked the right questions during checkin. I ran out of time and was unable to guide a yoga nidra because of the longer time with the restorative poses. The restorative poses had an emotional impact on Joe, he said it gave him the needed opportunity to sit with his emotions as he chanted So Hum. He said this session was very useful.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
