Client/Group progress summary

Joe expressed how Netra Vyvaman has been very useful to him, he enjoys the practice. This week he has not been able to practice as much as he's wanted to but has experienced low stress this week (3). He mentioned how he has become more of a witness to his thoughts.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I very much enjoyed this session. During the Anjaneyasana we placed the chair at the front of the mat to easefully enter into the pose focusing on grounding and lengthning while peacefully enjoying the pose's usefulness - repeating again on each side and transitioning to Virabhadrasana using the chair as support. Joe expressed how he would be using the chair going forward as a tool as he has noticed changes in his mobility as he ages.

I will be taking a two-week break, agreed to continue with future sessions - next Dec. 4.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
