| Session Number | 3 |
| Total Session Minutes | 60 |
| Homework assignment to client/group | Participants were encouraged to select a brief empowerment ritual, such as gratitude journaling, a morning affirmation, or a short energizing breath practice. Journaling prompts included: “What am I ready to transform or release?” and “Where can I reclaim my power?” |
| Activities | The group explored gentle core activation, intentional breath practices, and accessible dynamic movement to build heat and internal strength. Practices encouraged participants to notice where fire brings motivation, where it feels overwhelming, and where it may be suppressed. Reflection on boundaries, self-energy, and empowerment supported exploration of reclaiming agency and personal power. |
| Client/Group progress summary | Participants demonstrated increased confidence and insight into personal patterns related to energy, motivation, and self-worth. Some shared feelings of renewed strength and clarity, while others identified areas of exhaustion or emotional burnout tied to caregiving, grief, or responsibility. The group supported each other in naming desires for change and celebrating small wins. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | Participants acknowledged moments of empowerment and courage, recognizing internal shifts as meaningful and valid. Many reflected on how activating energy also revealed areas of resistance or tenderness, reinforcing the importance of balance and compassion. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
| Plan for next session | The final session will explore Air & Ether, emphasizing spaciousness, clarity, presence, and integration. Practices will combine breath, stillness, and reflection to support inner openness and closure of the series. |
