| Session Date | 11/13/2025 |
| Session Number | 4 |
| Total Session Minutes | 60 |
| Homework assignment to client/group | Participants were encouraged to choose a preferred personal ritual — breath practice, quiet morning reflection, journaling, or time in nature — to maintain inner balance beyond the group. Reflection prompts included: “What feels more spacious or peaceful within me?” and “How will I continue supporting myself moving forward?” |
| Activities | Participants engaged in light, spacious movement, breath expansion techniques, and guided meditation to cultivate openness and clarity. We revisited all elemental themes, integrating grounding, fluidity, strength, and spaciousness into a cohesive internal toolkit. The session included reflection, gentle breathwork, and a closing ritual emphasizing peace, connection, and inner spaciousness. |
| Client/Group progress summary | Participants demonstrated increased self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and emotional resilience. Members reported feeling calmer, more grounded, and better equipped with tools for navigating stress and grief. Group cohesion and shared support contributed to a sense of belonging and meaning. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | Participants reflected on greater self-compassion, moments of peace, and a deeper understanding of their emotional landscape. Many named subtle but powerful shifts in how they respond to internal experience, expressing gratitude for the process and community. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
| Plan for next session | Participants are invited to continue their personal practice and consider ongoing support options such as continued group cycles, private yoga therapy sessions, or seasonal elemental workshops. |
