Client/Group progress summary

It is a long journey. I feel like the time and effort I put on this is worth. I am reaping the benefits. First, I was able to relieve the day to day stress, I was able to develop stress hardiness by regular meditation sadhana, I continued to work on developing stress hardiness, and I am working on ... learning to surf the waves of life

Reflection and self-evaluation

I am feeling grateful for the pain and suffering I went through, which gave me the desire to turn towards yoga practices - Icha sakthi
I got the knowledge through the teachers, mentors, and my husband (for financial support and adjusting with me), my kids (allowing me to take the family time on my growth) - Jnana Sakthi
I surrender myself into the hands of the God, able to serve the living God's - Kriya Sakthi.

I am grateful for this life and I would like to finish this life strong with God's support.

I would like to be Jivanmuktha - New desire (Icha sakthi)

I hope the Jnana sakthi and Kriya sakthi will come.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

I don't know how much time to put for the "Total sessions minutes". My journey started in the year 2016 and by the time I finish my Yoga therapy certification it will be 10 years. So I put 1 hour for each year approximately.
