What are the colors you noticed in this place
Any taste or were you eating anything?
Recall the temperature
Notice the clothing you wore.
Hold on to the feeling in the body
Maybe it manifests at the heart center
Hold it and let all the details fall away
Just feel that happiness

Client/Group progress summary

Client progressed well with her meditation practice. First week she did consistently for 7n minutes and shared that she was able to go deep into the meditation and that she never thought she could do this. The following week she increased it to 10 minutes per sitting and was consistent with the practice. I suggested adding breathing practices before the meditation practice.

She also worked on her yogic wisdom on non-attachment. She is still working on them.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I felt challenged with parting the yogic wisdoms with this client as she herself is a psychologist. But we had some good discussion and I felt like she couldn't digest the concept of non-attachment and at least not ready to practice non-attachment with her daughter, grandsons, her beliefs, music etc. It is going to be interesting if she shows up for the future sessions.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Continue with the same kind of flow with different modified poses, breathing practices, guided imageries.
