Client/Group progress summary

Client is doing really well, although she was tired from travelling (6 hours car ride on the previous day). She felt that the breathing practices was very helpful. She did not feel as bad as she would normally do when she in a car that long.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I did not plan to do pelvic tilt, but after I found out about the long car ride, I decided to add it in to the session. The client reported that it helped her back and she felt really good. Her 9 years old son came in while we about to start the practice. He was upset about something; so, I invited him to breath with us (breath imagery). After breathing, he felt better and left the room.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
