| Intellectual / Sense of self | This is client understands her self in a healthy way but she knows she need guidance to make the positive changes that she needs. |
| Yoga philosophy/wisdom research reference(s) | Yoga Sutra 2.33 Replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts. While i won't be quoting this is a yoga sutra ,yet, i am adding this concept and wisdom in a meditation. The goal is that she can control negative feelings and thoughts by replacing them for positive for the goal of her aiding herself back to sleep. |
| Scientific research reference(s), why chosen, how you plan to incorporate 1-3 | Head and Neck tilts and gentle rotation, it good to allow the neck to move to release tension. Resting pigeon and bicycle, side bends while seated and legs out, standing hip rotations, seated twists to help release the lower back. 3 part breath to connect the lower part of her body to the breath. This client is very private so I going to hold space for her to get in touch with her emotional body there the physical and energy body for the first few sessions. |

| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
