| Physical | Except for the pregnant client (Cin), they could practice all the asanas. Cin didn't do the twists, forward bends, or other asana that pressed her belly or made her uncomfortable. |
| Client/Group goals | Calm down the mind, get tools to manage anxiety |
| Energetic | Cin has low energy maybe because of pregnancy. The others have a moderate to high level of energy. |
| Emotional | They are all going through some emotional challenges right now and it’s why they are in this class. |
| Spiritual orientation and needs | CP is a kriyaban, a devotee of Paramahansa Yogananda. They all have a Christian background, which makes it easier to communicate with them in these terms. |
| Intellectual / Sense of self | CP has a good sense of Self and Self-study because she has practiced meditation for almost 40 years. The others are searching and learning. |

| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
