Client/Group progress summary

MIssing a few again today. One used a chair for a prop.
A few came in late today. Class felt very engaged after that, though.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I will continue with the theme. Found out I’ll be starting another group in June, so I will leave this one standing and keep trying to incorporate props in various ways - maybe hold a back care lesson to show proper curves, although I will have to find a sensitive approach for that in this pop. Will continue incorporating the matter of balance poses and the osteoporosis poses.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Will continue incorporating the matter of balance poses and the osteoporosis poses and finding uses for props. Also I think a longer savasana/relaxation is in order since these folks tend to push harder.
