Client/Group progress summary

Ct has improved consistency and has developed a journaling practice. She has developed a habit of at least one yoga pose a day and using the Breathing Ball app daily for up to 4 minutes. She still has “a lot going on” and feeling emotional about it, but not wanting to talk much about specifics. She has found practices that work well to get back to sleep, most notably the loving kindness meditation.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I felt awkward bringing up ending sessions, but the client requested to stay at “status quo” for the next few weeks so I took the opportunity to bring up the discussion of how to proceed. She was quick to agree to ending sessions with this one. I feel it was good practice, and meeting on Zoom was definitely not my preference, but the way it worked out.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
