Client/Group progress summary

Client is always present and positive during our sessions. She does find benefit with the asanas and most importantly Pranayama in the evening. We haven't directly addressed her anxiety yet, I'm trusting that in time she'll find the breath-work and mindfulness practices (e.g., 5-4-3-2-1) to be useful in her daily life.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I'm very aware of my Gotta-Fix-It MO. As we moved through our session and afterward, I could see how this Fix-It approach keeps me from receiving and opening a client where they're at. Listen, listen, listen... Must also ground myself in the present moment before each session and set a Sankalpa each and every time!

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
